Infection Prevention and Control Across the Continuum of Care Beyond Acute-Care

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This continuing education course identifies the “constants” across the healthcare continuum, including hand hygiene, cleaning and disinfection of surfaces, safe injection practices, and others, which form the cornerstone of infection prevention in any healthcare-delivery setting.
