Tying It All Together Through Leadership

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This continuing education course focuses on the leadership skills necessary to facilitate the implementation of evidenced based practices. Using the APIC Leadership competency model as a guide, the speakers present examples and practical strategies to enhance the infection preventionist (IP)’s leadership skills.

NOTE: This course was originally part of the 2022 Symposium on Infection Prevention and Control, developed by Keystone Media Inc. in partnership with Healthcare Hygiene magazine.
