COURSE DESCRIPTION: This continuing education course focuses on the leadership skills necessary to facilitate the implementation of evidenced based practices. Using the APIC Leadership competency model as a guide, the speakers present examples and practical strategies to enhance the infection preventionist (IP)’s leadership skills.
